For the full ice cream experience, yes—we highly recommend using a Ninja Creami, Cuisinart, or Green Pan machine. However, if you don't have one yet, ICI works perfectly as a thick, delicious milkshake. Just mix, shake, and sip!
What exactly is in the "base"?
We keep it clean. Our base is a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate (for gains), Casein Protein (for texture and satiety), and Inulin (prebiotic fiber for a happi gut). All of our flavors are made 100% naturally. Chocolate flavors are enhanced using pure Cacao. No artificial colors, flavors, and no nonsense.
Is this dairy-free or vegan?
Currently, ICI is made with real dairy proteins (Whey and Casein) because they provide the absolute best texture and amino acid profile for recovery. If you are lactose sensitive, many customers find they tolerate it well, but it is not suitable for vegans.
Can I use water instead of milk?
You can use water if you want to keep the calories as low as possible, but for the most creami and dreami experience, we recommend using Fairlife milk, almond milk, oat milk, or your favorite milky base.
